Collaborate with clients to define scope and objectives of projects
Create project breakdown including time allocation and budget to ensure the project meets the client’s expectations
Provided daily updates on project status’ so the clients were in the know about deadlines and any issues that may have arisen.
Utilizing WordPress I updated and extended the client’s theme to meet the project specifications.
Performed website analysis to understand the cause of websites not properly and then proceeded with a plan to remove malware, broken plugins and fix themes to restore proper functionality.
Provided ongoing support for clients including website update, written guides as a way to teach the client on how to make edits or do other minor updates to their site or short video guides to visually show how to make edits.

Collaborated with the design team to build and manage websites built in primarily WordPress, but I’ve also managed some Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce and Hubspot websites.
Optimized websites, landing pages and website projects for all devices to better improve usability and search engine optimization with input from the design and SEO / marketing teams
Assisted in expanding clientele to include Shopify businesses with my understanding of PHP
Collaborated with the marketing team to implement and set up Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track interactions on the site to further optimize their usability
Utilized Optimizely to perform A/B tests on websites and landing pages with guidance from the marketing team to test and understand the user experience and user interface to further improve the conversion rate of either the website or landing page.
Assisted the CTO in managing website migrations, DNS set up and setting websites live.
