Project Overview
Broadpoint Properties is a real estate brokerage in San Diego. This was a complete website build. Because of the number of pages part of the build required making templates that the clients assistant could then fill in with the information. Their was also an IDX that we had to work with to populate homes on the different county pages and make sure the community searches were working properly as well. It was a bit of a challenge working within and understanding the limitations but I’m also up for learning something new.Where: Explore Digital

This was my first time working with an IDX so I had a bit of a learning curve figuring out what I could and could not change. Once I figured it out though it was very easy to make the changes I need to make sure the IDX pulled items matched the mockup that I was provided from the design team. It also allowed me to also easily pass along the task of populating the different neighborhood pages that the client’s assistant helped with.
This project also had a custom post type for their team. They wanted to add multiple people to their team overview page and each member would also have their own page I thought the best way to achieve that was to create a custom post type.
